Frederick Alvin Bailey who was born in St. Georges, right at Bond Avenue in Reisterstown, Maryland, in 1905. He is in his uniform that he wore while attending the Princess Ann Academy, now the University of Maryland at Eastern Shore. Note the initials "PAA-MD" on his collar.
