There has been numerous testimonies by persons throughout the United States and abroad whose prayers have been answered through the intercession of Mother Mary Lange. Since 1991 they have submitted the following petitions which have been published in The Lange Letters:

In the November, 1991 The Lange Letter Good employment obtained, so wrote Cora Hill of Pittsburgh, PA; Recovery from brain surgery, so wrote Sister M. Avila Avila, OSP, Baltimore, MD, and Cancer tests all negative, so wrote Bishop Carl Fisher, SSJ, D.D.

In the February, 1992The Lange Letter H.W. of Baltimore, MD wrote: I enrolled my family on November 13, 1991 in the Mother Lange Prayer Crusade. I prayed for financial relief for my family. Within a few days, my unemployed, sick husband received money from an unexpected source. Later, we were again faced with a financial crisis that caused me great agony. On Dec ember 11th I received a communication that Mass had been offered on the 9th for petitioners to Mother Lange. Mother Lange again interceded on our behalf. The very next day my husband received a retroactive Social Security check, HALLEULIA! I am overcome with thanksgiving and praise.

In the December, 1992 The Lange Letter the following testimonies were noted: I think Sr. Elizabeth Lange helped me with a severe spinal stenosis wheel. The doctors wanted to operate. I feel good and never underwent the operation. Fr. M. from Philadelphia, PA; My wife and I started praying to "prayer for the Beatification of Mother Mary Elizabeth Lange" every night. We requested a job for our daughter. She was among 100 applicants. She notified us that she was selected.....We are still praying to MMEL for guidance for our family. Rev. & Mrs. D. from Capitol Heights, MD, and Some time ago I wrote and asked for prayers as one of my nieces was going to have surgery.....I want you to know Rev. In the April 1993 The Lange Letter the following testimonies were written: The Lord's been good to me...God said "No" I wanted Him to cure my brother as He had cured Bishop Fisher. We prayed through the intercession of Mother Lange. My brother lived for a year. (He wanted so to live!) But God took him last Wednesday. It was hard to let go, but God knows best. Mr. & Mrs. C.H. of Baltimore, MD.; Please give thanks to God. My foot was cured through the intercession of Mother Mary Lange. P.M. of Washington, DC.

In the August 1993 The Lange Letter the following testimonies were written: My brother-in-law is a baseball player who was traded. He got very unhappy and was miserable. My sisyer asked me if I'd pray to Mary Elizabeth to help him. Within two weeks he was traded - back to the National League. My sister asked if I was still praying to Mary Elizabeth. I said "Yes!" C.W. of California.; I want to thank our Lord and Mother Lange for the mirc\acle that saved my mother. Everything in my mother's body began to shut down. Doctors could not find the cause. My mother's friend suggested we pray to Mother Mary Elizabeth Lange. We said this prayer each day. Doctors had a conference with the family and told us mother (if she survived) would never live alone again. They wanted to remove her toes that were dead....she had "dry gangrene".... Dead tissue began to leave and new tissues started to grow. She was able to go to church on Mother's Day. In the September 1993 The Lange Letter the following testimonies were written: The succesas of operations on my colon and liver to remove cancer growths. J.F. of Manchester, CT.; Neither my words nor any eloquent dialogue can express my gratitude for the favor received through the intercession of your foundress and the prayers of your community. The law suit against me was settled justly. L.M. of Burbank, CA.: The doctor discovered three lumps in my daughter's breasts. A test determined that they were tumors, not cysts. I was praying the prayer to obtain favors through Mother Lange's intercession. I am most pleased to tell you that the tumor's were benign. J.Z. of Los Angeles; My daughter sent me a prayer for the Beatification of Mother Lange. I started reciting that beautiful prayer for the intention that the loan that my children applied for would be approved. My prayers were granted. I hope to continue saying this prayer everyday. God bless all. J.C. of the Philippines.; After praying to Mother Lange, I have obtained a wonderful job with excellent benefits. There is no doubt in my mind that this very special favor is an indication of God's supreme regard for his devoted servant, Mother M. Lange...My prayer is that very soon Mother M. In the December 1993 The Lange Letter the following testimonies were written: I was involved in a very serious accident....a passenger was killed instantly. Today I am doing well...my body sis still healing. I believe in my heart that my talking to MMEL is the key to my improvement. D.M. of Maryland.; ...Saved a family from divorce. I prayed to MMEL. I promised to write. T.T. of Connecticut.; (Written at the request of the patient.) I saw S.B., Surprisingly the repeat echocardiogram did not reveal evidence of atrial myxoma which was a total surprise for me which I have no explanation. S.G., M.D. of Massachusetts.; I prayed for a senior citizen's apartment. It usually takes three years. It only took me three months. Thanks to M.L. D.T. of Maryland.

In the May 1994 The Lange Letter the following testimonies were written: I prayed to Mother Lange begging her help for Cardinal Joseph Bernadine and my prayers were answered....M.L. of Ohio.; Please find a money order in thanksgiving for a prayer answered by Mother Elizabeth Lange. K.E. of Michigan.; Thanksgiving for a special favor. M.K. of Maryland.; I said a prayer to Mother Elizabeth for my brother-in-law who is a baseball player having trouble with his game. It was Graves Disease, which is now under control. I thank Mother Elizabeth's intervention. I (am now) praying for my daughter's return....to church. M.W. of Maryland.; I want to give praise and thanks to the Lord through the intercession of Mother Mary Elizabeth Lange for two favors received...my son-ion-law had Hodgkins Disease. I started praying to Mother Lange for his complete recovery and health, and now, six months after his initial chemotherapy treatments ended...he is healed. In the August 1994The Lange Letter the following testimonies were written: ...Incontinence improved. I.A. of California.; Daughter/granddaughter reunited. R.F. of Florida; Lost check found. Mrs. L of Maryland; Cancer in remission. S.M.C. of Maryland; May, 1992, Baby B. was born with severe physical deficiencies including no esophagus! The people of the parish prayed without ceasing to Mother Lange for him. The doctor had given him little chance to survive....December, '93. Baby B is doing well. B.L. of Oklahoma.; A friend has been suffering from a form of cancer for which there is no cure. She has undergone chemotherpy with no serious effects and all the while I have been praying for her asking Mother Lange to cure her. Today she informed me that her latest tests show that her blood is normal and she needs no further treatment. I know Mother Lange heard my prayers and I am grateful. So to show that, I am writing this testimony. I pray that her canonization will soon take place. A gratefult daughter of Mother Lange in Maryland; All this time I am happy to report that we have paid all outstanding bills...How did this positive year happend? A miracle and the hard work of the faculty, parents and the sisters who support us...St. Frances belongs to us and I believe Mother Lange performed her own miracle this year - not one for Rome but one for us. In the December 1994The Lange Letter the following testimonies were written: I had breast cancer diagnosed. I prayed to Mother Elizabeth Lange during my surgery...I am happy to say that I came through surgery with flying colors and have no after effects. M.K. of Maryland; ....I involved Mother Lange asking her to grant success to bothe operations...she answered my prayers. G.F. of Connecticut; Law enforcement job ontained after praying to Mother Lange. L.B. of Maryland; I set to praying a continuous neveno to Mother Mary Elizabeth, petitioning her assistance for employment for my grandson...he was offered a very good position in a large company and was thrilled! I am grateful for the beatification prayer that fell into my hands. E.T. of Maryland.

In the April 1995The Lange Letter the following testimonies were written: I've prayed continuously to Mother Lange and I received two more miracles. An enormous bill from my diseased husband;s hospitalization was paid. I also received an enormous tax credit on my house taxes. God is great and awesome! Mother Lange has his ear. M.W. of Maryland; My doctor said, "lymph node cancer had gone to one lung and it's fatal." After chemotherapy, the lung was clear...This was a complete surprise for the doctor...I've been saying a lot of prayers. Somehoe something has worked for me and I am very thankful. I said the prayer for Mother Mary Lange...in my night prayers. Something has worked. A.; I had been praying to Mother Mary Elizabeth Lange to ask her work through God for my purchase of my first home...I am acknowledging in writing that my prayers were answered...I promised I would work to help her become canonized if my favors were granted. In the August 1995The Lange Letter the following testimonies were written: My nephew lost his job and started searching for work.....I asked Mother Mary Elizabeth to help (him) find a good job...A photo of Mother was displayed on my desk so I would remember to plead with her...My prayers were finally answered, and my nephew is happily employed. Sr. E.E. of Ohio; My family was able to leave Cuba in record time and is now settled in Costa Rice...I had been and still am saying the prayer for Mother's beatification. Everywhere I went I carried her medal and actually it opened all doors for me. I am truly grateful to Mother Lange. J.G. of PR; For the last one and half years life has dealt some heavy blows...When I remembered the card (Mother Lange) and used it, things have been much easier...Yes, I do believe my favors were received. S.P. of FL; I was waiting for a kidney transplant. (My mother) prayed every day and is still doing so...I got a new kidney and its doing great....We give thanks for the favor granted me. Enclosed is a check for a few candles or to help someone in need. M.D. of CO.; For years I lioved in fear and anxiety regarding God's will for me. I expected to live out my life in captivity to a santanic cult...In the prayer for beatification of Mother Mary Elizabeth Lange I learned...that His will for me is to pray the "Unceasing Act of Love." In the December 1995The Lange Letter the following testimonies were written: My husband, (a physician), refused to retire...He had a heart attack...His office was closed that day. I have great faith in the intercession of God's servant, Mother Mary Elizabeth Lange. H.E. of Georgia; My gratitude to Mother Mary Elizabeth Lange for: (1) overcoming my fear of anesthesia; (2) coming out of a successful surgery; (3) helping me...during the dark days of 6 weeks of excruciating...pain, and (4) helping me gain financial help. All the honor and glory of God. B.S. of Illinois; For two years I was involved in a very difficult lease renewal negotiation for my business. The rent was to go from 8% to 25%...I am happy that I finally signed a lease for an amount far below the demanded 25%. I do feel that (it was due) to prayers to Mother Lange. R.M.L. of Michigan; I wish to relate to you my confidence in the intercession of Mother Mary Elizabeth Lange. Recently, after asking for her intercession, I experienced...a remarkable reversal of ill health. Again, I prayed for her aid in diverting a teenage niece from moral and emotional problems. Apparently her aid has been forthcoming. Sincere thanks for all the prayers. I will tell you the good Lord has really been with me. When the doctor told me I have cancer, my first thought was "Mary Lange, do your job!" I really believed she interceded for me. C.H.W. of Maryland; A gentleman with cancer of the prostate previously treated with radiotherapy had recent surgery complicated by continued bleeding. His bleeding stopped about the time I sent you my (prayer) request. The patient states that he was overcome with a tremendous sense of well-being and euphoria for a period of four days - and hasn't seen a drop of blood since the experience occurred. I, too, find no evidence of blood. I wonder if he hasn't been cured of the source of the bleeding, his chronic bladder inflammation from the prior radiation, and any residual prostate cancer all at once! He's elated, and he sends you thanks for your "prompt" to our Gracious Lord. G.P., M.M. KM, APC of California; I had a terrible fall and hurt my shoulder. I prayed to Mother Lange. After x-rays,, the doctor came in and told me it was not broken but a severe bruising of muscles and tendons. I have been praying for 2 years to Mother Lange. A few years ago, this same shoulder, arm and wrist were broken in three places. I am sok grateful to Mother Lange. I am over 80 (years old). G.A.W. of Florida.

In the April 1996The Lange Letter the following testimonies were written: Job obtained - Son doing nicely...C.D. of Maryland; Yes, a favor was received. It was the immediate sale of property which has been on the market for a few years and lagged and lagged along. L.W. of Maryland; I recite the approved prayers asking for God's favor through Mother Lange's intercession daily. My sister's baby was born a normal healthy baby boy...thank you all for your prayers. S. of Connecticut; I am reporting incidents which occurred as a miracle to me through our dear Mother Lange. Successsful surgery and money received....E.D. of Georgia; A year ago the doctor told me my cancer had gone to my lungs and it was fatal...I've been taking (herbs) ever since and my lungs are clear. I've said the prayer to Mother M. Lange every night since. Something worked. I'll continue the routine forever. A.H. of California; My friends, thank you for all your prayers to Mother Lange. She will never fail my needs. A.C. of Texas; I was blessed by a favor of Mother Mary Lange. I had asked for so many things, money to pay the bills that I owe on my mortgage note...a job. In the August 1996The Lange Letter the following testimonies were written: I used the prayer published in "The Josephite Harvest." My prayer request was answered. Please send me some information of Mother Mary (Elizabeth) Lange. J.M. of Pennsylvania; I first read about her (Mother Mary Lange) in "Our Sunday Visitor" back in 1989. I wrote for information....I began to pray every day to her, begging her to stop (my son) from drinking...he was arrested...but you know something, he stopped drinking. After 10 years of drinking...he completely stopped and turned his life around. M.C. of Massachusetts; Please accept my donation.
